★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆

I had a hot water heater replaced under warranty and have had some things not done right. I have contacted the office as well as sent emails to the managers to give me a call about my concerns as well as the inflated bill. I have been told numerous times that they would have someone call me and nothing. Not sure what to do from here. Not sure how they do business but customer relations is everything. I would not recommend doing business with them.
